This policy describes the refund conditions applied to transport services booked with Alessandro Taxi Sardegna.

Refund requests are evaluated case by case, according to booking status and costs already incurred.

When a refund can be requested

  • Ride canceled by the service provider without an equivalent alternative.
  • Duplicate charge or verified payment error.
  • Service not provided due to causes not attributable to the customer.

When a refund may not be due

  • Late cancellation by the customer.
  • No-show at the agreed time or pickup point.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer that prevents service delivery.

If approved, refund timing depends on the payment method used and the relevant provider.

Where costs have already accrued (for example, travel to pickup point or waiting time), the refund may be partial.
