The driver is committed to providing the service with professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy.

Rates may vary depending on distance, schedule, waiting time, supplements, and traffic conditions.

Any estimate provided before the ride is indicative unless explicitly confirmed otherwise.

Available payment methods are communicated at the time of booking or during the ride.

Changes or cancellations must be communicated as early as possible through official contact channels.

In case of late cancellation or no-show, a charge may apply based on time and costs already incurred.

Alessandro Taxi Sardegna is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, exceptional traffic, adverse weather, or orders from authorities.
